Our copper nickel forged slip on flanges are made from high-quality C70600 (CuNi90/10) alloy, with sizes ranging from 4" to 48" and pressure classes from 150# to 1500#. Manufactured strictly in accordance with ASME B16.5 and ANSI B16.5 standards, these flanges adopt precision forging technology to ensure dense internal structure, high mechanical strength and stable performance.
The 90/10 copper nickel material provides excellent corrosion resistance, especially against seawater, marine atmosphere and mild chemical media, making them widely used in offshore projects, shipbuilding, desalination and industrial piping systems.
